The latest leak has revealed the Pixel 10 Pro XL and the regular Pixel 10 before their official launch. The Pixel 10 Pro XL appears in a black “obsidian” color, with a flat screen, flat sides, rounded corners, and a large camera setup—similar to last year’s Pixel 9 Pro XL. The regular Pixel 10 is shown in its long-rumored “Indigo” color, which covers the whole phone, including the camera bar. Google is set to officially launch the Pixel 10 series on August 21.
This time, the leaked images come from the German site WinFuture, claiming to show the design of the upcoming Pixel 10 Pro XL (via 9to5Google). The renders look like they came directly from Google, giving us a clear look at what the biggest Pixel phone of the year might look like. At first glance, the Pixel 10 Pro XL looks very similar to last year’s 9 Pro XL.
It looks like Google is sticking with flat sides and rounded corners for the Pixel 10 Pro XL, consistent with the rest of the series. According to the report, the phone’s sides are made of metal with a “polished surface.” The display appears to have very thin bezels in the renders, suggesting the Pixel 10 Pro XL could offer a large viewing area. The device will also feature a triple camera setup within its sizable camera bump.
The base Pixel 10 appeared in a set of renderings showing off its long-rumored “Indigo” color option. It seems Google will spread those Indigo vibes across the entirety of the phone, meaning its camera bar, flat sides, and physical buttons will take on the shade. The reported specifications for the base model state customers could see a similar 50MP main camera, 48MP ultra-wide lens, and an added 48MP telephoto.
Leaks about the Pixel 10 series’ specs have been surfacing all summer, with a particularly detailed one appearing back in June. Over a month ago, rumors suggested that the Pixel 10 Pro XL would feature a 6.8-inch display, slightly larger than the Pixel 10 Pro’s 6.3-inch screen. As expected, the new lineup is likely to be powered by Google’s latest Tensor G5 chip, which is anticipated to offer noticeable improvements over the more modest Tensor G4.
The Pixel 10 Pro XL is expected to support 39W wired charging and up to 15W wireless charging. It’s also rumored to feature the largest battery ever in a Pixel device, coming in at 5,200mAh. In terms of storage, the Pro XL may drop the base option and instead come in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB variants. Just a week ago, pricing rumors suggested the Pixel 10 Pro XL could start at $1,199 for the 256GB model, with higher-tier versions reaching up to $1,549. Meanwhile, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is rumored to enter premium territory, possibly launching at around $2,149 for the 1TB model.
